Overview: Welcome to the RBS Entertainment Networks App, a new streaming platform service that is opening your eye to a new world of entertainment. The RBS App is a media streaming platform affiliated with Nash’s Confections, LLC and RBS Networks.

 

“We”, “us”, “company”, and “our” to name a few refer to Nash’s Confections, LLC, the owner of the RBS App. “Service” or “content” refer to the information placed onto the App. We hope your viewing and operating experience is pleasant using our service. "RBS" refers to RBS Entertainment Networks.

 

Our Services: RBS provides media and entertainment streaming through our mobile App for the enjoyment of our audience.

 

Please note: Certain Services are provided free of charge, while others such as our RBS+ subscription plan, require payment for viewing. These terms of use (terms and conditions) are effective as of the date above and are subject to modification without notification of the client. At the publication of this document, RBS+ subscriptions are only available in Canada, The United States, and Europe. More information about availability is coming soon.

 

Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain Services. All Services availability are subject to change without notice or notification to the client. You may not use any age-restricted services if your age does not comply with the terms of that specific Service.

 

Registration and Access Controls: If we request information about you to create or manage your account, you must provide us with complete and accurate information, additionally, update the information when it changes. You may not access any age-restricted Services unless you are above the required age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information such as log-in details, usernames, passwords, and must permit the use of your account with anyone outside of your immediate household and family for the protection of you and us.

 

You accept responsibility for all actions, activities, charges, damages, and violations that occur on your account, including the use of your account with other members of your immediate household. If you believe your account has been compromised or tampered with because of someone else using your account, you should contact us immediately so we can try to help your situation and secure your account. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged information.

 

Intellectual property (IP): The audio and video materials, photographs, text, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, interfaces, software, data and other content associated with the Services (“Content”) are protected by intellectual property and other laws in the U.S. and in other countries. You must comply with all such laws and applicable copyright, trademark or other legal notices or restrictions. You shall not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other legal notices marked on the Content. As between you and RBS Entertainment Networks dba Nash’s Confections, LLC, RBS will retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and the Content. No transfer of ownership to any portion of the Content shall be made as a result of any access you are granted. Except as specifically provided below, we reserve all rights in and to the Services and Content.You are only permitted to view our Services for the purposes of personal entertainment and non-business/promotion for gain of any kind. If RBS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates becomes notified of any misdemeanor, further actions which could result in legal actions may be put through. You are only allowed licensing rights to use our content if you have an license sent to you by us. User Submissions: Our Services and Content provide a way for users to submit feedback or comments about our services through our App. User generated content, images, videos, audio blocks, and other materials may be submitted through our submission forms. Any submissions presented to us whether it be a feedback or legal matter, are taken very seriously. We respect your ownership of the User Submission. If you owned a User Submission before providing it to us, you will continue owning it after providing it to us, subject to any rights granted in these Terms and any access granted to others.

 

Please note that if you delete a User Submission from the Services The User Submission may still exist in our backup copies, which are not publicly available. If your User Submission was shared with third parties, those third parties may have retained copies of your User Submissions, and neither we nor our affiliates have any responsibility for any uses of your User Submission that they might make. We retain the license specified above. Thus, for example, if we or one of our sub-licensees obtained your user Submission for use in creating a derivative work before you deleted it, we or our sub-licensees would remain free to complete the creation of that derivative work and thereafter exploit that derivative work for all purposes and at all times. We may refuse or remove a User Submission without notice to you. However, we have no obligation to monitor User Submissions, and you agree that neither we nor our affiliates will be liable for User Submissions or any loss or damage resulting from User Submissions. We do not guarantee that User Submissions will be private, even if the User Submission is in a password-protected area. Accordingly, you should not provide User Submissions that you want protected from others. You bear all responsibility for your User Submissions. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant to RBS the license above and that your User Submissions do not violate our User Submission guidelines.

 

Third Party Contributors: We may provide third party content (including advertisements) or link to third party websites on the Services. We do not necessarily endorse or evaluate third party content and websites, and we do not assume responsibility for third parties’ actions or omissions. In certain instances, you may be able to connect and/or link your account to certain third party social media sites (“Social Media Sites”), including, without limitation, Facebook and Twitter. If you connect with us through a social media platform or navigate to a social media platform from one of our services, the social media platform will collect your information separately from us. You should review third party site and platform terms of service and privacy policies to understand how they are using your information and your rights in relation to such information.

 

Unsolicited Submissions: We do not accept unsolicited submissions, including scripts, story lines, articles, fan fiction, characters, drawings, suggestions, ideas or concepts. It is our policy to delete any such submission without reading it. Any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any elements in any RBS and media production company for RBS– Nash Roe Entertainments’ creative work would be purely coincidental.
