CHEF PAUL WAHLBERG IS IN THE HOUSE!!
A couple days ago we received a call that Chef Paul Wahlberg (@chefpaulwahlberg), the mastermind behind the Wahlburgers + Alma Nove menu, is coming to Des Moines for a day and wanted to meet up with me so we came up with a friendly baking competition… no bake s’mores cheesecake edition!
The amount of knowledge that I learned from him is something I will never take for granted. Before he left, I gifted him a pan of my award-winning CINNA-ROE®! Let’s hope he loves them as much as y’all do
I want to thank everyone who came out in the rain to support me, those who sent messages/called, and most importantly, Chef Paul… You all made my day! :)
